You can change the default user "hkds" as well as company address in "System setup" page, default user is not changeable in online trial version. Online purchased users will obtain unique session to store each system's usergroup login information.
Is there backup server if I purchase online system?
HKDS system adopts multiple servers to store clients' information, exactly same script of HKDS system can run on both Windows and Linux. Data is backup from time to time. Clients can also run the system on their own PC with backup data anytime. For security, sensitive information such as user password for all POS system is encrypted in database. Pictures information can also be encrypted in database for tailor-made programs, and each user database tables has individual password protection.
